Account admins and app profile admins can manage app profile settings to ensure proper configuration, maintain security, and tailor features to meet the organization's needs.
📒Note: Account admins can access all app profiles, while app profile admins can access only the app profiles to which they have admin access.
Navigate to Settings on the left pane.
In the App Profiles field, select an app profile, and then select Settings.

Settings include the following options:
App information
Display the app profile name, address, and description.
Navigate to the App Information tab, edit the information if required, and click Save.
Branding
Customize your app profile with a logo and theme.
Navigate to the Branding tab, upload a logo, select a theme, and click Save.
Carousel
Display rotating banners at the top of the newsfeed, below the app logo.
📒Note: You can add up to five images to the carousel.
Add carousel
Navigate to the Carousel tab.
- Click Add and type the title.
- Click Upload Image, browse, and select an image.
- Click the Tick
Icon to confirm the upload. - Type the content name and select it, or paste the content link from the newsfeed into the Link content field (optional).
- Click Add.
📒Note: Upload and tag content to all employees to add it to the carousel.
Manage carousel
After adding the carousel, manage its images if required.
Hover over an uploaded image and perform one of the following options as required.

- Click the Six Dot
Icon to reorder images. - Click the Edit
Icon to change the title, image, or content link. - Click the Delete
Icon to remove an image.

Policy and permission
Navigate to the Policy and Permission tab.

- If you add the app policy and enable it, employees can view it the first time they log into their mobile app.
Type the app policy, enable Turn app policy on, and click Save.
- If you add the app policy and enable it, employees can view it the first time they log into their mobile app.
📒Note: If the app policy is enabled, employees must acknowledge it the first time they log into their mobile app.

- You can assign admin permissions to any employee for a specific app profile.
From the drop-down, type the employee’s name or email ID, and click Save.
- You can assign admin permissions to any employee for a specific app profile.
📒Note: To receive admin permissions, an employee must be a registered user of that specific app profile.
Controls
Navigate to the Controls tab.

- Click Delete to remove an app profile, including its content, folder, employees, and group, from the app. Learn more in Create and manage app profile.
📒Note: Only the account admin can delete the app profiles.

- Select Enable Text Message (SMS) to send alerts to employees who have opted in.
📒Note: Contact our support team to enable the SMS feature for your organization.
