Add and manage content

Account admins can add content to the newsfeed in the mobile app across all app profiles and manage it if required. Adding content helps to keep employees informed and engaged. They can share important updates, announcements, and organizational information across all app profiles, ensuring everyone stays up to date.

📒Notes:

  • Each app profile has a home folder.
  • App profile admins can add and manage content for the specific app profile to which they have admin access.

Add content

You can add content from either of the following locations:

  • Navigate to Newsfeed at the bottom of the screen.
  • Navigate to More > Explore.

📒Note: The steps to add content are the same in both locations.

  1. Click the Plus Plus-4 Icon at the top.
  2. Select one of the following content types:

📒Note: From step 4 onward, the steps are the same for all content types.

Add and manage content

  4.   Type the content title.

  5.   Click the drop-down to select groups, allowing their members to view the content.

📒Notes:

  • By default, the home folder of the current app profile is selected in the "Groups" field. Edit it if required.
  • You can select the All Profile Users group to share the content with all employees in the app profile.
  • The content is made visible to employees only through the group. Individual employee permissions are not allowed.

  6.    In the Caption field, use @ to tag employees in the news feed and use # to enhance the searchability of this news feed.

📒Note: You can tag a maximum of ten employees and add ten hashtags.

💡Tip: Admins and employees can click the hashtag to view all associated content in a newsfeed. React, comment, or share (if the share option is enabled) posts directly from that page without opening each post separately. This makes it easier to find and interact with hashtag content.
