React to the content

After content is published, account admins, app profile admins, and employees can interact with it by using the like, comment, share, and save options.

📒Note: Interaction options appear only if they are enabled while publishing the content.

Access content

You can view and interact with published content in multiple ways.

From the homepage:

  • View content or events.
    • React to the content.
    • Click View More to open the newsfeed.

From the newsfeed:

  • View content or events.
  • Go to the Activity Feed tab to interact with each post.
    • Click Like to like and react to the content.
    • Click the highlighted Like to unlike it.
    • Click Comment, type your comment, and click the Send send (1)-1 Icon.
    • Click Share to generate a link. You can share the content with other employees in the organization and external contacts.
    • Click Save to save the content in the mobile app. After saving, you can view it in the Saved Content tab.
    • Click View all comments to view all comments, like other’s comments, or reply to them.

You can also interact with each post directly from the homepage.

📒Note: Click a hashtag that redirects you to all content associated with that hashtag in a newsfeed.

React, comment, or share (if the share option is enabled) posts from that page without opening each post separately.
