      What are the functional behaviors of archived courses?

      The following are the functional behaviors of archived courses:

      • Recurring courses will stop recurring.
      • Archived courses lose their validity, recurrence, and compliance features.

              After unarchiving compliance and recurring courses, learners' progress will automatically                reset.

      • Reminder notifications for assignments are halted for archived courses. However, they will resume after the course is unarchived.
      • Reminder notifications for training sessions are halted and will resume after unarchiving the course and setting a future date.
      • Pending actions for courses and training sessions are halted and will resume after unarchiving the course.
      • Alerts to evaluate learners and mark attendance for training sessions are halted and will resume after unarchiving the course.
