Account admin can create surveys across the organization, whereas app profile admin can create surveys within the specific app profile to which they have admin access. After creating surveys, they can view them.
Navigate to Survey on the left pane.
You can view surveys and perform the following actions:
- Submit your responses.
You can view surveys that are assigned to you.
Click Respond on a survey in the Surveys to be Submitted field.
- View employees’ responses.
You can view surveys in which you are an author or co-author.
The surveys are ongoing when they have at least one active assignment.
Click View Responses on a survey in the Ongoing Surveys field.
- Share surveys with employees.
After creating surveys, you can view surveys in which you are an author or co-author and share them with employees.
Click Share on a survey in the All Surveys field.
