View and manage calendar

Employees can view and manage calendar with the account admin’s permission.

The account admin can create the calendar and provide either:

  • Edit access allowing employees to manage the calendar and add events to it.
    • Edit calendar
    • Delete calendar
    • Add event
    • Manage event

  • View access allowing employees to view the calendar and its events.

Navigate to Calendar on the left pane.

You can change the calendar to view the existing events in it.

Click the drop-down on the right side and select the month and year.

📒Note: You can view an event in the calendar if it is shared with you.

  1. Select a calendar.
  2. Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Oct-11-2023-07-43-45-1628-AM Menu on the right side of the calendar where you have edit access.
  3. Select Edit or Delete as required.
