Submit survey responses

On the start date of the survey, employees receive notifications to submit their responses via tasks on the homepage and through email. They can respond through tasks and email notifications, or within the Survey module.

You can perform the following actions in the survey:

View survey

You can view the pending, submitted, and missed surveys and search for them by name.

Navigate to More at the bottom of the screen and select Survey.

Click the Filter TEA_White_Filter1 Icon at the top and select the survey status Pending, Submitted, or Missed as required.

You can respond to the survey on the homepage.

  1. On the homepage, click the Surveys to be completed in the Tasks field.

This redirects you to the survey page, where you can view pending surveys.

  2.   Click the survey and click Start.

  3.   Enter your responses and click Submit.

You can save your responses if you want to submit them later.

You can respond to the survey within the Survey module.

Navigate to More at the bottom of the screen and select Survey.
  1. Click the pending survey, enter your response, and click SUBMIT.

Note: You cannot edit your responses once you submit them.

You can view your responses to the past surveys.

You cannot submit the responses for the missed surveys, which close automatically after the end date.
