Employees receive an email notification on the start date of the survey and are encouraged to submit their responses to provide valuable feedback that helps the organization improve and make informed decisions.
You can respond to the survey using one of the following methods:
- Email notification:
- Open the email and click Respond Now, which redirects to theEMPLOYEEapp.
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Follow the steps in the next section to submit your response.
- Homepage: On your homepage, locate the My Tasks field on the right side, find the assigned survey, and then click it.
- Survey module: Navigate to Survey on the left pane.
The surveys assigned to you appear in the Surveys to be Submitted field.
- Click Respond on a survey and then click START.
Note: After opening the survey, you can view whether it is anonymous or non-anonymous.
2. Respond to the survey questions and click SUBMIT.
You can save your responses if you want to continue later.
Note: You cannot edit your responses once you submit them.
View past responses
After submitting, you can view your responses to the previous surveys.
Scroll down to the My Past Responses field and then click View Response on a survey.
You cannot submit responses for missed surveys, which close automatically after the end date.
