Employees receive an email notification on the start date of the engagement survey and are encouraged to submit their responses to provide valuable feedback that helps the organization improve and make informed decisions.
You can respond to the engagement survey using one of the following methods:
- Email notification:
- Open the email and click Respond Now, which redirects to theEMPLOYEEapp.
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Follow the steps in the next section to submit your response.
- Homepage: On your homepage, locate the My Tasks field on the right side, find the assigned engagement survey, and then click it.
- Survey module: Navigate to Survey on the left pane.
The surveys assigned to you appear in the Surveys to be Submitted field.
- Click Respond on an engagement survey and then click START.
Note: Your responses remain anonymous.
- Respond to the engagement survey questions and click SUBMIT.
You can save your responses if you want to continue later.
Note: You cannot edit your responses once you submit them.
View past responses
After submitting, you can view your responses to the previous engagement surveys.
Navigate to Survey on the left pane.
- Scroll down to the My Past Responses field and then click View Response on an engagement survey.
You cannot submit responses for missed engagement surveys, which close automatically after the end date.
