[Employee](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/learning-lxp?hsLang=en#employee) # Start an assigned learning Learners can start and complete the learnings assigned to them or those they self-enroll in. Navigate to **Learning** on the left pane. The *My Learning* tab allows you to view the active learnings you are assigned to or if you have enrolled in them. 1. Go to the *Active* field, open a learning. The course details page displays information such as the name, description, contents, duration, author, and co-author. ![Start an assigned learning1](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Start%20an%20assigned%20learning1.png?width=688&height=390&name=Start%20an%20assigned%20learning1.png)   2.   On the course details page, click **Start**. Scroll down to view the detailed information about the learning. You can take learning at intervals as required. Once you complete each unit, mark it as complete and proceed to the next. **📒Note:** You cannot mark the units as completed if the author enables manual evaluation. After completing all units, you are redirected to the review page (if enabled by the author), where you can provide feedback.
