Reactions to the content

Reactions facilitate valuable feedback and employee engagement within the organization. Employees can express their opinions, emotions, and thoughts about the content, fostering interaction.

You can perform the following activities for the content:

Note: You can view, like, react, comment, save, and share content in the news feed only if these features are enabled in the settings.

Navigate to Home.

View the content

You can view and read the content.

Click the content in the news feed, and then click Confirm to acknowledge that you will read it.

Note: You can acknowledge to read the content only if read receipts are enabled.

Like and unlike the content

You can like and unlike the content as required.

Click Like below the content to like it.

Click the highlighted Like below the content to unlike it.

React to the content

You can react to the content using celebrate, support, insightful, and funny options.

Hover over the Like option, and select any option as required.

Add comment

You can add comments to the content if required.

Click Comments below the content, type your comment, and click Comment.

You can like your comment and reply to it if required.

Manage comment

You can manage your comments if required.

Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Oct-11-2023-07-43-45-1628-AM Menu at the top right of your comment and select Edit or Delete as required.

View likes, reactions, and comments

You can view the likes, reactions, and comments of other employees in the news feed.

Click the reactions below the content to view the number of likes, reactions, and who has liked it.

Click Comments below the content to view the number of comments, the commenters’, and their respective comments.

You can like their comments and reply to them if required.

Note: Account admins can delete comments provided by employees if required.

Save and share

You can save the content to your computer and share it with both other employees in the organization and external contacts.

Click Save below the content to save it.

Click Share.

A link is generated, allowing you to share it with anyone.
