Reactions facilitate valuable feedback and employee engagement. Employees express opinions, emotions, and thoughts about the content, fostering interaction.
Perform the following activities for the content:
- Access content
- Like or react to content
- Add and manage comment
- View likes, reactions, and comments
- Save and Share
📒Note: View, like, react, comment, save, and share content in the newsfeed only if these features are enabled in the settings.
Navigate to Home.
Access content
- Click a post or content in the newsfeed to view its details.
- If read recipients are enabled, click Confirm to acknowledge that you read it.
📒Note: If read receipts are enabled, you must confirm before you can access the content fully.
You can react, comment, or share posts (if sharing is enabled) from the hashtag page without opening each post separately.
Like or react to content
- Click Like below the content to like it.
- Click the highlighted Like below the content to unlike it.
- Hover over Like below the content for more options.
- Select a reaction: Celebrate, Support, Insightful, or Funny.
Add comment
- Click Comments below the content.
- Type your comment and click Comment.
- Like your comment or reply to it if required.
Manage comment
- Click the Overflow
Menu at the top right of your comment. - Select Edit or Delete as required.
View likes, reactions, and comments
You can view the likes, reactions, and comments of other employees in the newsfeed.
- Click the reactions below the content to view the number of likes, reactions, and who liked it.
- Click Comments below the content to view the number of comments, the commenters’, and their respective comments.
- Like or reply to others' comments if required.
📒Note: Account admins can delete comments provided by employees if required.
Save and share
- Click Save below the content to download it to your computer.
- Click Share below the content.
A public URL is generated, allowing you to share the content with anyone, both inside and outside the organization.
