[Account Admin](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/explore?hsLang=en#account-admin) # Pick a folder and content Account admins can pick the folder or content from other app profiles. If they select a folder within another folder or content within a folder from a different app profile, the parent folder is always copied. Both the parent folder and the selected folder or content will appear in the *Picked* filter. **📒Note:** App profile admins can pick content from the app profiles to which they have admin access, but only if the content is shared with them. Navigate to **Explore** on the left pane. 1. When you select a folder, all its contents are automatically selected. You can also select multiple folders.   4.   Select the folder or content in a folder as required and click **Pick**.
