Overview of the homepage

The homepage is the landing page that appears when you log in to theEMPLOYEEapp. It provides a snapshot of:

  • App profile name
  • Banner images
  • Tasks
  • Events
  • Recent posts
  • Quick links

📒Note: The carousel and quick links are available on the homepage once account admins or app profile admins add them.

At the top of the screen, you can view the app profile name you are currently in.

At the bottom of the screen, you can view the Home, Newsfeed, Calendar, Alerts, and More apps.

    Access homepage

    Admins and employees can access the homepage and perform the following actions:

    Navigate to Home.

    • In the Tasks field, click View more to view your pending actions.

    Scroll right through the tasks on the homepage to view more tasks.

    Click a task to navigate to the corresponding page.

    • In the Events field, click View more to view your events on a calendar.

    Scroll right through the events on the homepage to view more events.

    Click the Plus Plus-4 Icon on an event to add it to your calendar, such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

    • In the Recent Posts field, click View more, which navigates you to the Newsfeed.

    Swipe right through the content on the homepage to view more content.

    You can like, comment, share, and save the content if required.

    📒Note: These options for content are visible only when they are enabled during content creation.

    Below the content,

    • Click Like to like and react to the content.
    • Click the highlighted Like to unlike it.
    • Click Comment, type your comment, and click the Send send (1)-1 Icon.
    • Click Share to share it both internally within the organization and externally.
    • Click Save to save the content in the mobile app. After saving, you can view it in the Saved Content tab.
    • Click View all comments to view, like, and reply to other’s comments.

    After creating the content, creators can manage it if required. Learn more about Add and manage content.

    📒Note: Employees can create content only if admins give them edit permissions for the folder.

    1. Click the content and then click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Oct-11-2023-07-43-45-1628-AM Menu at the top right.
    2. Select Edit, Delete, Pin, or Add to Quick Links as required.
    • In the Quick Links field, scroll right to view more links.

    Click a link to access the sites or pages added to the quick links.

    After adding quick links, account admins can manage them and share them with anyone.

    1. Click a link and then click Share at the bottom left.
    2. At the top right, click the Overflow Overflow Menu-2 Menu and select Edit, Delete, or Pin as required.
