Notifications in theEMPLOYEEapp

Employees, app profile admins, and account admins receive SMS, email, and push notifications when the following events occur in the theEMPLOYEEapp.

Depending on your organization’s settings, SMS and email notifications are sent.

📒Note: Employees must opt in to receive SMS messages.

If push notifications are enabled during content creation, employees receive them.

Alerts are sent to employees via broadcast, SMS, or both, depending on the admin's settings.

📒Note: The content publisher (CP) also receives notifications when a comment is added to the content they created.
