Employees, app profile admins, and account admins receive SMS, email, and push notifications when the following events occur in the theEMPLOYEEapp.
Depending on your organizationβs settings, SMS and email notifications are sent.
πNote: Employees must opt in to receive SMS messages.
If push notifications are enabled during content creation, employees receive them.
Alerts are sent to employees via broadcast, SMS, or both, depending on the admin's settings.
- Broadcast: Sends email, in-app, and push messages.
- SMS: Sends email and SMS messages.
