      Notifications in LXP

      Learners, authors, and co-authors receive email notifications when the following events occur in the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

      Based on the organization’s settings, SMS and email notifications are sent.

      📒Note: Employees must opt in to receive SMS messages.
