They can also [push it to the template library](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/manage-survey#push) and [manage authors](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/manage-survey#authors) in it. Navigate to **Survey** on the left pane. 1. Scroll down to the *All Surveys* field and click **View All** on the right. **📒Note:** It is recommended not to edit or delete ongoing surveys, as it can affect the collected responses and cause inaccurate data. ![Add and manage sections and questions1a](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Add%20and%20manage%20sections%20and%20questions1a.png?width=688&height=354&name=Add%20and%20manage%20sections%20and%20questions1a.png)   2.   Go to the **General** tab and then select a survey you want to manage. ![Manage survey2](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Manage%20survey2.jpg?width=688&height=355&name=Manage%20survey2.jpg)   3.   Click the **Overflow ![Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Overflow%20Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM.png?width=20&height=20&name=Overflow%20Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM.png) Menu** at the top right and select the following options as required: - Select **Edit** to modify the survey name, description, authors, and settings. - Select **Push to Template Library** to add the survey to the organization library, making it accessible to other account admins and app profile admins. - Select **Copy** to duplicate the survey. - Click **Manage Authors** to assign account admins or app profile admins as authors and co-authors. - Click **Delete** to delete the survey. **📒Note:** Deleting a survey removes all assignments and responses associated with it, which you cannot recover. ![Manage survey1](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Manage%20survey1.png?width=688&height=343&name=Manage%20survey1.png) If respondents have already submitted their responses and you edit the assignment, their responses are not generated for the edited questions. You must remove respondents and add them to make the updated assignment available to them. After editing a survey, you can share it with employees across the organization.
