Manage course

After creating a course, authors can manage it even after publishing.

Account admins can manage courses across all app profiles.

App profile admins can manage courses in the specific app profile to which they have admin access.

Navigate to Learning on the left pane.

  1. At the top right, click Manage Resources.
  2. Click Authored by you and select a course.

📒Note: Edit, delete, or remove from the library any course authored by you.

  3.   Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-3 Menu at the top.

  4.   Perform the following action as required: 

  • Select Edit Course to edit the course content and configure its settings.
  • Select Push to library to push a course to the library.

    After pushing a course to the library, remove it from the library if required.

    Follow the same procedure and click Remove from library.

    • Select Archive Course to hide a course from the library.

    After archiving a course, unarchive it at any time.

    On the Manage page, filter the archived course and click Unarchive Course.

    • Select Make a copy to duplicate the course.
    • Select Delete Course to remove a course.

    📒Note: You cannot edit the archived course. However, you can unarchive and delete it. Learn more about the functional behaviors of archived courses.

    📒Note: If the account admin is not an author or a co-author, they can only view the Info and Learners tabs on the course details page. Authors and co-authors can view the Info, Learners, and Insights tabs.

    After managing the course, you must publish it to assign it to the learners.

    The author and co-author can manage learners in the course if required.
