# Import questions

After creating a survey, authors can import questions to it if required.

Research-based questions designed by industry experts, such as agreement choice, employee net promoter score, and text-type questions are available.

Navigate to **Survey** on the left pane.

1. Scroll down to the *All Surveys* field and click **View All** on the right.

  2.   Go to the **General** tab, and then select a survey where you want to import questions.

  3.   In the *Questionnaire* tab, click **ADD QUESTION** in a section and select **Import Questions**.

You can filter the questions based on categories and question types.

  3.   Select the questions you want to import and click **IMPORT**.

After adding questions, you can [manage](https://help.theemployeeapp.com/add-and-manage-section-and-question?hsLang=en#manage) them if required.

**📒Note:** Importing questions after sharing the survey can affect the collected responses. If you import questions after collecting some responses, previous respondents cannot answer the new questions.
