After creating an engagement survey, authors can import questions to it if required. Predefined research-based questions designed by industry experts are available.
After creating an engagement survey, you are directed to the survey edit page, where you can add sections and questions and import questions.
You can also import questions by performing the following actions:
Navigate to Survey on the left pane.
- Scroll down to the All Surveys field and click View All on the right.
2. Select the Engagement tab and then select an engagement survey you want to import questions.
3. In the Questionnaire tab, click ADD QUESTION in a section where you want to add questions and select Import Questions.
4. Click the drop-downs to filter the questions by category and type.
5. Select the questions you want to import and click IMPORT.
After adding questions, you can manage them if required.
Note: Importing questions after sharing the survey affects collected responses. If you import questions after collecting some responses, previous respondents cannot answer the new questions.
