After adding a session to the training, authors can add attendees to it and manage them by changing their status, unregistering them, and exporting learners' data.
Attendees are the learners added to a training session.
Add attendee
Add attendees to the instructor training in a course that is authored by you.
Navigate to Learning on the left pane.
- At the top right, click Manage Resources.
- Click Authored by you and select a course.
- Go to the Insights tab and scroll down to the Instructor Led Training Metrics field.
You can view the training sessions.
4. Hover over the session and click View.

5. Click Add Learners at the top right, select the learners manually or in bulk, and then click Save.

- Attendees to a session who are learners in that course.
- If you add learners to a session, they do not need to register for it, as adding attendees means registering them for the session.
While adding learners, confirm their attendance.
Enable Mark As Attended or Mark As Not Attended and click Submit.
Skip this step and mark their attendance after the session or when required.
Manage attendee
After adding attendees to training, manage them by changing their status or unregistering them as required.
Even if attendees have attended the training, their status remains Pending by default.
The author or co-author must manually change their status to Attended or Not Attended.
However, the attendees cannot change their status.
Change individual attendees’ status
After the session, change individual attendees’ status (optional).

6. In the Status field, select Attended or Not Attended in the Pending drop-down.

Change learners’ status in bulk
After the session, change learners’ status manually or in bulk.

6. Click the Overflow
Menu at the top right and select Change status as Attended or Change status as Not Attended as required.

7. Select the learners manually or in bulk.
8. Click Attended or Not Attended as required, and then click Confirm.
Unregister learners'
Unregister learners from the training if required.

6. Click the Overflow
Menu at the top right and select Unregister Learners.
7. Select the learners manually or in bulk.
8. Click Unregister and click Confirm.
Export learners' data
Export learners’ data for reference.

6. Click the Overflow
Menu at the top right and select Export.
